When you apply for a BlueSpark grant, you’ll be required to provide details about the project. To help you prepare your grant application, the following information will be requested:
Project title
- A short title of your project
Project description
- Describe the key elements of your project – maximum 600 characters. Your answer will be used in our initial filtering of applications.
Project objectives / benefits to participants
- Describe the objectives of the project and the benefits to participants – maximum 600 characters.
Project location
- Whilst the project can take place anywhere, grants must be for the benefit of young people resident in England
Grant requested
Please enter the grant value you are requesting. Maximum £5000 (enter round numbers only e.g. 1234 for £1,234.00).
Total project cost
- The total cost of your project including costs funded from elsewhere (e.g. fundraising, other grants, school budget etc)
Project cost analysis
- Describe the elements making up the cost of the project e.g. venue hire, equipment purchases, third party providers, travel costs etc. Please identify if the BlueSpark grant is being requested for a particular item(s). Maximum 600 characters.
Date grant required by
- This should be a date no less than 3 months from the application date.
Project end date
- Please indicate the end point of the project when you will be able to give feedback.

- The number of people you expect the project to involve
Project leader details
- Name, contact details, address, organisation details
Promoting organisation details
- Name, address, contact details
